*Please Be Aware: Coaching is different from therapy and is not in any way a substitute for clinical treatment. It is a great addition to therapy for those wanting more support in their home, or between therapy sessions. It is also a great option for working on next steps in recovery and for intense focus on a specific goal or barrier.
* If you are actively struggling with an eating disorder, I do require that you are also established with a treatment team. If medical stability could be compromised, I will also require a release of information for your medical providers. If you are working with a treatment team, I am happy to collaborate with them as well.
